Reclaimed Resilient Wood Project

We aim to revitalize both the environment and the cultural identity of affected forests and communities, transforming the legacy of exploitation into artwork and an opportunity for renewal and creativity, a pathway to repair past harm and cultivate sustainable practices.

This project is based on the creation of wood art made from reclaimed/recicled wood, to promote new models of sustainable practices, reforestation projects, environmental education, and cultural dynamism.

Reclaimed & sustainable
wood art

This initiative seeks to reactivate an already existing economy wood art,  with a completely opposite approach to the previous one, which was characterized by the destruction of the natural environment and the resources it depended on. This new approach aims, in some way, to heal this wound and give this industry an opportunity to repair the damage it has caused.

Our Goal

The creation of a reclaimed wood certification system and the establishment of an organization responsible for managing resources to reverse the current loss of natural habitat into a natural and cultural renaissance are the pillars of this project.

Current Situation

After several decades of exploitation and colonization of natural regions, particularly in the Amazon, there are countless wooden homes and structures around the world in severe states of deterioration, most of this wood, comes for the deforestation of primary forests and endangered species of trees.   Many families, following the fleeting prosperity resulting from the sabotage of natural resources, now find themselves in a state of serious material and cultural precariousness.

We believe it is necessary to implement a new model for restoring the natural, cultural, and architectural environment of these regions, which are of immense importance to the entire world.
